*The LBL count covers a good portion of the northern section of Land Between The Lakes National Recreation Area (Trigg & Lyon Counties),
Kentucky and Barkley Dams, and some surrounding areas.  Counters meet at the Woodlands Nature Station in the morning to split into groups.

North American Migration Counts are organized by county and are held on the second Saturday in May each spring throughout the nation. Lee McNeely is the state coordinator for Kentucky counts.
