The Department of Biological Sciences has a wide variety of degrees and degree options. Choose the one that is right for you!
The Department of Biological Sciences offers three separate undergraduate BS degrees in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, and Wildlife Management, and the MS degree in Biology. We have over 500 undergraduates majoring in one of our many options within our majors, including Aquatic Biology; Biology Teaching, Botany; and General Biology within the Biology degree and Pre-Medical, Pre-Veterinary, Pre-Dental, Pre-Physician Assistant, Pre-Optometry, and Biomedical Research within the Biomedical Sciences degree. Approximately 40 MS graduate students in our thesis and non-thesis tracks are involved in our General Biology or Applied Ecology options. We also support non-thesis students in the Bioinformatics program.
